I am sorry to say it was your choice. People need to get out there and do their own lawn work and take pride in it.

Even though I think the homeowners association is being ridiculous, those people CHOSE to live in that community and signed off that they would follow the rules AND be governed by these moronic Homeowner Association Boards. If you don't like it, move.
