Quote:
Hurst, 72, was the first investigator to conclude that Willingham was convicted based on bogus arson evidence. Though his report came too late to delay the execution, Hurst's findings were later confirmed by eight nationally recognized fire investigators — launching a politically charged battle over the morality of capital punishment and leading Gov. Rick Perry to deride interference from "latter-day supposed experts."

Isn't this attorney the same one that represented the cops that brutally assaulted the “Hispanic man” and got away with probation even though the autopsy report concluded “homicide, blunt force injuries”?

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Taurus

It's important that you leave yourself plenty of room to manouvres during the weeks ahead, as Mercury turns retro today, especially when it comes to making decisions and airing your opinions to the world. You need to be as flexible as possible right now, otherwise you could find that you've boxed yourself into a corner and have to do some serious back-tracking. You need to consider all points of view and not just your own.
