Okay yes, they did a good service to protect highway workers, however, they started it at 6am when there was no one around and still gave out construction zone tickets. It is disturbing when you see an officer on the news state "Its at the discretion of the officer how he wants to write the ticket" No, it should be by the facts and not by discretion. No highway workers were present, and that was marked on all tickets.

Do not get me wrong, its a shame what has happened in construction zones, but ticket fairly, not by lying. Isnt that perjury for an officer to lie?
