Problems

Arnold, MO

Arnold passed the psuedo ephedrine law in November of 2011 with the promise of reducing the incidence of meth labs. If you look at active meth lab seizures in 2011, you will see there was an increase in 2012 and that in 2013 we are on a pace to meet or exceed 2011 levels.
There is also a question of whether those seizures were followed up by a health department condemnation along with professional remediation. When a meth lab is inside a structure, the poison chemicals are in the air, on the walls, in the carpeting and in the HVAC venting system.
Is this being done in Arnold, in homes and hotel rooms? Where others may buy or move into a structure or the hotels that may have a new resident the very next night? This can pose serious health hazards for individuals and possibly open certain government entities to litigation from individuals affected by those poisons.

I agree that meth is a serious and far reaching problem in Jefferson County as well as other closely outlying counties. But I hardly think it fair to condemn propertyies due to the production of meth within them. What if they are commercial or residential rental properties, nhotels, or any other place where rental agreements govern. Hold the Landlord responsible is an equal to giving owners of automobiles tickets for traffic signal infractions when the owner was not driving the vehicle.
You can say somebody sdhould be held responsible, but we want to get the guilty ones, eh"?

It is a state law that any property that has had an active meth lab must be professionally remediated. There are chemical poisons that linger for years that can sicken people. So it gets condemned and remediated or no one can occupy the unit or dwelling. The landlord or hotel manager is responsible for renting to people who will not be a hazard to themselves or their neighbors. If you wait for restitution from the perpetrators, you will have a very long wait. Don't let the scum of the earth have free reign in your commercial property and you won't have to pay the remediation fee. They did this with lead, why should lethal meth chemicals be any different?

Problems is right. State law said that any structure that had or has chemical used in the making on any type of drug to be thoroughly clean by a licensed hazmat remediation company.

It's nice to know that new law in Arnold requiring prescriptions really worked to stop the meth lab problem...not.

They condemn them, because they're Toxic,Hazardous. Way more toxic than what the dixoin sprayed on the streets of Times Beach, done. They done away with a whole City, there. That was just waste oil, sprayed outside on gravel dusty roads. Not lethal crap,cooked-manufactured in a home, where the residue is permanent left. Causing Asthma,Lung Cancer, worst than Asbestos.

I was reading this thread and enjoying the comments when it dawned on me that you (surprisingly)had not violated it with your nonsense. Then, lo and behold! I glanced down the page and there you are!

Do tell: how does the body fat% on your fingers compare to your tush? You never stop using the former and never get off the later.

Here's praying for your computer to break down so we don't need to skip over your nonsense for awhile.
