Well, seniors who cannot afford high electric bills are going without AC and proper heat in the winter ALL THE TIME! Not such a sad story to me!

The housing unit was cleared for inmates to return and all of the defenders were back in their normal cells inisde the unit by 11:30 Thursday evening.

The "Defenders" really? that's what they're called these days? Funny, I thought they were offenders....
