I did the laser therapy in Charlotte, NC at the Anne Penman Center almost 6 years ago after smoking a pack and a half a day for 35 years. It was safe, fast and painless. Don't need gum, patches, pills or fake cigarettes.
Still smokde free today. |

What a loopy way to quit smoking. I do not think that would work for me. I quit my 30 year heavy smoking habit by switching to an electric cigarette. It is a much more healthier alternative to tobacco cigarettes. I feel so better about myself and can now go out for a run. I found this site http://www.GreenEcigs.com that got me started.

I used to offer laser acupuncture at my clinic to help people quit smoking. My results were poor. Needles work much better. Second best is electro-stim. Almost all the points were on the ear (auriculotherapy).
I rarely charged for this service. In my opinion, auricular laser therapy to quit smoking is not worth paying for. If you still want to try it, see if you can get it done for free or next to free. I've seen NON licensed "laser technicians" open up quit smoking laser clinics and charge up to $400 for a session. I think this is a huge rip off. The best results I've seen is just using willpower. If you can make it through the first three days without a smoke, your chances of quitting are good. You don't need someone to hold your hand while you don't smoke. Somewhat related are the same laser clinics who offer laser treatments for weight loss (same-auricular therapy). Huge ripoff in my opinion. Again, I offered that service for free and my results were ever worse than the results for quit smoking. See a doctor who can help you change your eating habits based on a sound medical examination. And don't give any money to any storefront weight loss center if they aren't owned and operated by doctors. Lay practitioners can be dangerous. See a doctor. |
