The racetrack in Eureka is having horse races on July 17th and July 31st. The legislators DID NOT pass the gambling bill, therefore Eureka is educating individuals on why there is no gambling on horses or dogs in the state of KS. Pretty sad to be the Horse Racing Capital of Kansas and not have access to wager on horse racing and the National Greyhound Association is located in Abilene, KS and there is no dog racing in the state of KS.
