It's Independence Day, and what a wonderful day to make this announcement.
As of May 15th, 2008, Deer Creek Cruising Classics has Officially been Incorporated as
Deer Creek Cruising Classics, Inc. and the company web site has officially became fully
operational at http://www.deercreekcruisingclassics.com Several corporations are in process of formation and a massive online advertising campaign is currently being organized. Several tradenames, logo's, and dba's have either been registered or are in process of being registered along with a lot of copyrights being filed. Many such of these are protected by existing copyrights while such registrations are being made by the attorney and registered agent for the corporation. These various tradenames are now copyrighted and published in our ownership.
The tradename "Celebration of Fire and Rescue Workers Everywhere" along with a group of
investors is being turned into a Non-Profit Foundation to assist various cities hold their very own Deer Creek's Cruizin Classics Car Shows to raise monies for their own Volunteer Fire and
Rescue Departments. This name is also a registered tradename of Deer Creek Cruising Classics, Inc. Whether or not Deer Creek Illinois can gather up enough Volunteer Support to continue their own Deer Creek's Cruising Classics Car Show with our companies approval and involvement is yet to be determined. It is my sincere hope that this event shall continue in Deer Creek Illinois where my original dream and effort first started before growing with the help of some very wonderful volunteers. Pam Lester and her husband Dave, put forth an extrodinary effort of which all of us are very proud. Several in Deer Creek Illinois believe I am not the man for this position, but from day one I was the driving force, provided the funds, provided equipment and enlisted hard working volunteers necessary for this event to get established. The direction, date, goals and assets used for all such
events were thru my direction and ownership which provided Dave and Pam Lester a Event to
Volunteer to help organize along my original guidelines. They, along with others have done an
outstanding job in their volunteer efforts to build this event and we all appreciate it greatly.
But I dreamed of a Celebration of Fire and Rescue Workers Everywhere, not just in Deer Creek
Illinois, but in many small communities across this great country to Honor Fire and Rescue
Workers Everywhere while raising monies for their own small Volunteer Fire and Rescue Depart-
ments. That was and is my goal, and now is the goal of the newly incorporated company and
it's related divisions. With grant monies, donations and volunteer efforts, the company shall
continue to grow, and expand to help other small communities with their own fun raising events.
Newly established company event guidelines have been established. Date of event must be within the 3rd Weekend of September. Event must include the phrase "Celebration of Fire and Rescue Workers Everywhere" in all advertising and on a banner at the entrance of such event. Antique Fire and Rescue Vehicles must be invited to the event and be placed proudly
at the entrance of the event. Whether or not Deer Creek Illinois itself wants to undertake this event in the future within the company guidelines doesn't mean that the event won't continue in other locations. My personal life fell completely apart in 2003, due to a betrayal no human should ever have to suffer thru, but I am the same good man I have always been. Actions speak louder than words and I will not hide my head in a hole just because my personal life was destroyed due to an alledged major financial betrayal that was perpetuated against me by my former wife of twenty two years. So today, I look forward with great pride and continued hard work toward the same goals I initiatially established in 2002.
