Today's date is November, 25, 2008. I am a customer and have paid on time. My pay schedule at my place of employment had been changed. I requested from my loan agent Lilliana, a form to change the scheduled payment date.
The day I called to request the form Lilliana had the day off so I spoke with Angie. I received form filled it out and promptly faxed it.
A week later a very angry Lilliana called saying that she never received fax. I told her that I spoke with Angie because she wasn't there that day. She then began yelling at the top of her lungs and was very abusive. I remained calm and asked her politely that yelling wasn't good for her. She then yelled even more. I explained that I spoke with Angie and to confirn with her that I did. She then abruptly put me on hold and a very angry Angie was then on the other line yelling at me and suggested that I was lying.
She then put Lilliana back on the line who continued to yell and threaten me that because she did not receive fax that she was going to report me to collections. I told her I'd be more than happy to resubmit fax and she said that it would not do any good to resubmit fax and that she was going to report me.
I resubmitted fax anyway because the date of when I faxed originally was stated on document.
After a day or two went by I decided to file a report on these people and decided to let them know. I asked for Lilliana's supervisor and it was Angry Angie. I explained that how I was treated was abusive and they were conducting business in a fraudulant manor. She replied with, " Go ahead and report us."
Shortly thereafter I received a call from Lilliana saying that she would grant the date change and that she did receive 2nd fax that she would, as a courtesy, grant the pay date change as there seemed to be a misunderstanding. The bills I have received have never reflected the pay date change.
Today I spoke with Junior as Lilliana is out of the office again. He wasn't sure about pay date change but said he would "take care of it" and to call him on Monday to make sure it was done. The sage continues.
I have been treated like dirt by these people with no reason why. I am now worried because they were too negligent to revise due date on bill that it will reflect that I have been late on my payments.
I have also noticed numerous complaints on line regarding the abusive and fraudulant behavior of these people. Do they not get fed?
Today is the 1st of December. Last I spoke with Junior, he requested that I call back today to confirm that paperwork for pay date change had been sent to Operations. He said he sent it but doesn't know if the Operations department will change date on statements. I asked to speak with Lilliana who suggested that I fax form with date change request which I did latter part of October . She still is very difficult to speak with and cannot get a straight answer on why bills still have the old date and why new date hasn't been adjusted. She tells me that it takes a while and to call her on Wednesday. They are giving me a run around and I am very sickened by their controlling and deviant ways.

Yelling, abusive, fraud? All buzzwords. 90% chance of them being Armenian. Am I right? Maybe 95%.

I have the similar experince with this Fianance company. They are abusing poor credit people, because they know that these type of people can not effort or dont have the education or maybe knowldge to defend themself. this finance would do anything to make the bucks of people which is ok, but to distort the facts and take all type of illigal actions to do make the money is wrong and uufair.

HELLO EVERYONE, ITS TRUE THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH, ANGIE IS A PERSON THAT U COULD NOT TALK TO AND NEEDS TO CHILL, I SPOKE WITH HER THE OTHER DAY REGARDING MY ACCOUNT AND SHE DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE CHANCE TO TALK, THATS IT I TIRED OF THIS IM REPORTING HER, AND I HAVE THE RIGHT LAW OFFICE IN MIND,I BET MOST OF THESE PEOPLE INCLUDING ANGIE DIDN'T EVEN TO TO COLLEGE, THEY PROBLEY WORK OUT OF THEIR HOUSE,

And who do we report this abuse to? I haven't the means to retain a lawyer but I certainly know when I am being cheated and getting the run around. These people act like the mob!

i finance with the ontario ca al but it seems like whenever i type in al financial review i get the same comments. My question is what do we need to do to get them shut down or atleast a reality check. Were in a recession...i dont think they know though..oh wait a minute they dont gve two pieces of cramp!!!!

I wanted to post an update on my situation with A-l. As of Jan. 25th I have made 4 verbal and 2 written requests to get a copy of an amortization schedule and "stated" I dispute the amount they claim I owe, only to be sent a payoff amount only signed by the so-called VP. I have gathered all of my payments, statements and my contract; looked up a amortization schedule on-line that allows for pre-payment entries as I have made. At this point my total reflects a difference of $774.00 that they are claiming I still owe. My figures also indicate they owe me $186. I have filed with the following organizations on my behalf: FTC, ACA, BBB, Arizona state attorney's office, Arizona state licensing board.

If I can stress anything, it would be to make sure you keep any and all records of payments, their statements and their contract.

If you take $700 (the amount above and beyond what I owe them) and times it by 1000 borrowers it is a total of $700,000. This figure is more than likely VERY conservative! If you are feeling cheated, you probably are being cheated! Check your records for accounting errors on their part...
I am actively seeking a class action lawyer to investigate them and spanish speaking translators, because a majority of their clients are spanish. Join the fight!!! These guys need to be shut down.

Right now i am just amazed at all the complaints I have read. Could not agree more, Honestly believed I was the only one living a little piece of hell with them. They are a horrible Financial company with "bad attitude" staff. No, they do no understand we are in a recession, but they should at lest have some manners. Hopefully a Lawyer is out there, some where, listening.

I hate every bitch that works there.... They act the there homeless abd my car payment is what's gunna feed them!!! I hate that bitch Cynthia she's so rude it's ridiculous !! The day my payment is due they call my house .. Cell... Work and at least 2 references!!! There totally nuts... And if I ever saw any of those bitchs or Jr... I'd sock them dead in the mouth!!! It's amazing that business with such horrrrrrrrrible rude heartless sad psycho bitch employes can stay open!!! Next time the bitch calls me I'm telling her to come take rhe shit... I'd rather have no car then be treated like that!!!! Once again I'd like to say FUCK AL FINANCAL!!!!!

I have been financed with them for about a year already and honestly they are the worst finance company in the world. I tried talking to them about how I couldnt do my payment in time but I was gonna get paid like in three days and well they said they couldnt work with me that i either have to make the payment or fax them a paper stating why I couldnt do my payment. So I did i got enough money to extend my payment and well it took them forever to fax me the form they had to fax me in order to do it and when i faxed it over they told me they never got it. Also when im late with my payment with one day they are already harrassing me at work and calling my cell phone. They are rude and dont care. I hope they do go out of bussiness cause they will try to get money out of you one way or another fuck this place.

Firstly, this company has thousands of complaints online. They are a finance company that caters to those with bad credit. Sort of a last chance finance company that only deals with small dealerships. I fell one month behind on a payment when I only owed a little under $1000.00 left on a car that I had already paid them over $6000.00 including finance charges on. They repossessed my car.(first money gaining tactic) I have been tardy with my payment before and they had not taken this action. Why wait until the car is nearly paid off? Because they would be in a position to keep that all the monies that I paid and have the car also. If that is not enough to gauge the intentions of this company, when my car was repossessed, I went in the next morning and paid them every cent of the payments that I owed, all the late fee's, and a repossession fee of $345.00. I then received a bill that quoted me a new balance of $639.73 and that my next payment was due on 06/08/10. This means, after that payment my balance should be somewhere around $352.79. I then received a statement thereafter which said my balance was $988.00. I contacted the company and had to speak to a series of representatives to include the Regional Vice President Joseph Saavedra. All of which maintain that my balance was higher because I paid the repossession fee to them BEFORE they paid the repossession company. So what they are saying is this: THEY ADDED THE AMOUNT BACK ONTO MY ACCOUNT AFTER IT WAS PAID, BECAUSE THEY PAID THE REPOSESSION COMPANY!!!!!!! Um, If I paid the fee, it should then be credited to my balance. Why does it matter when they paid it to the repossession company????? It doesnÂ’t, and they the Vice President justified what they are doing by saying it was legal. Legal to have me pay for something twice?!?! I think not. If anyone else has had issues with this company, I encourage you to contact the BBB and the Attorney General and file complaints. I will even provide details steps on how to do this. This company preys on those with bad credit and takes advantage of sensitive financial situations. If everyone who complains on these boards, files a report with the BBB and Attorney General, they would have the BBB rating that they really deserve!!!!!

This company is a drain on the glendale public and our city. The Manager thier Joseph needs to learn to manage his employees. also wendy and Angie niether one can do thier job with in the law. they are well know for ripping peaple of and being a drain on sociaty for our wonderfull city. if you ever plan on getting a car loan do not go to this Company (al financial) they do not work with in the law, they will call you at work 6-7 times a day after you ask them not even if you are ony 48 hours late on your payment you can only pay by weastern union our in pearson. more like a unsafisticated bye here pay here operation that is incompatent and trying to deal with Angie and Wendy is more our less like dealing with 2 of the most ignorant peaple in city

Let me say, this company is the worst, but that's what you get when you have bad credit I guess. I just got my car repo'd this morning, even though I was late with a payment.

If you need a loan, either just pay your entire balance as soon as you can so they don't harass you or work to get better credit.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! I REPEAT, HORRIBLE!!!!!

Pay off your balance ASAP and move on to better credit.
It must be illegal to call you five times a day if you are a day late.

Now they are telling me my repo fee costs more than what my car payment is.
Hard lesson learned :/

I recently had surgery so I rely on family members to do the payments me. I tried to explain the situation to these people but they just plain don't care. Wendy is the most ignorant person I have ever encountered, she is rude, bad manners, no customer service she doesn't even know how to express her self. Wendy is sadly the worst person I ever had to deal with. This company is in my eyes and for what I've been reading very shady. If you are planing in doing business with this company Please run and look for another means to finance your purchase.

I had a vehicle that was financed by AL financial. I lost my job and it was repossessed. But they began illegal debt collecting tactics as well as committing identity theft. They used my information they had available like my DL number SS number and all other info and acting as me to obtain my phone records. They began calling all numbers I had been calling in the previous months. They said that my personal references that I had listed gave them the numbers. Bullshit, this was obvious cause the people they were contacting didn't know eachother. Also after filing a lawsuit and subpoenaing there phone records we found that they were calling businesses that I had previous dealings with. They also made constant callow back to back to back which constitutes harassment. I am still currently in the course of my lawsuit but we are sure they do this on a regular basis. I paid a repossession fee to this company and received a statement from them indicating my new balance. I then received a later notice with was $306.00 more than what they quoted me. I contacted the company and spoke to a representative by the name of Ignacio who asked me to fax the statement to him. After talking to him he advised that at the time of that statement, I had not been billed the repossession fee. He advised that since they paid it after I paid them; they added that fee back to the balance on my account. I have had this matter escalated all the way to the Vice President who maintains that what they are doing is legal. It is wrong for them to add something to my balance that has been paid. He was condescending and when I mentioned turning the matter over to the BBB, advised me that I should check out his B+ rating. This company has thousands of complaints of unethical billing practices and uncouth business standard. The way that their billing is set up for matters such as this, had me paying twice for the same fee. I WOULD SUGGEST ALL WITH COMPLAINTS CONTACT THE BBB!!!!

I already contacted an attorney to represent me in regard to AL Financial's unfair collection practice. Calling six times a day and threatening is against the law. Contact an attorney. No cost to you if there is a violation. They will have to pay your attorney's fees. Your attorney will assess the "violation" beforehand and let you know. I can guarantee this is not the first time, nor the last, that AL Financial has had to pay for their violating the Fair Credit Act. Do it. Put them out of business. It worked. Now I am late on a payment and they're trying to repossess the car. Ha ha. Dollars to donuts I make a payment, cashier's check, next week and they take it. By the way, love it how they refer to a "contract" that I never even received. Sounds like a further lawsuit against them, me as a the plaintiff, down the road. Merry Christmas! And don't let them get under your skin. There are better loan companies out there!!

My acct is in the onterio they lie cheat and steal they need to be shut dowm They are the real shisty my payment was paid they said I was 20 dollars short so I mailed the 20 dollars the mail took to long so they had my car repoed for 20 dollars that Denise and Lupe need to be sued they could figur out what I owe but the 20 dollars so they want me to pay 900 dollars I have no paper work not even repo paperss all I got was a card from the repo man they use shisty repo men they dont even have a tow truck they hot wire ur car we need a good attorney for a class action law s uite They think their God they can do wha2 they want they write their own laws lets show them their are civil rights laws ours have been violated lets shut them down
