I thought voting for him, that it was the lesser of two evils...NOW, I wonder. What a joke he has turned out to be for the Dems.

One difference between Teague and Pearce is Teague continues to visit my hometown and invites me to voice my concerns.

Pearce never did any of that. Once he was elected, he forgot all about his constituents.

I'm voting for Teague.

“Teague, who represents conservative-leaning southern New Mexico”?

Mr. Coleman, are you implying it is “conservative”, and not “extremist” to support bankster bailouts, expansive militarism, and government encroachments on individual liberty?

Teague only represents the war industry and the corporate largesse which supports his lucrative oil business.
Unfortunately both major parties pursue the same basic policies, albeit with different fanfare.

I helped Harry get elected and have given him Money. Never again, though Steve Pearce is clearly worse - starting with the difference in who the two would vote for re: Speaker - the first and most important vote they make. His campaign speach - 'i want to be that someone that helps people' - has proven largely to be a big fat lie or something that he is too gutless to live up to.

I am no fan of Pearce and have no desire for him to return, but you are wrong about this. He did have telephone conference calls where you could listen in, and he was just taking questions from anyone. I listened in on such call one once.

Now, it was not well publicized (and in fact they called me, I didn't call them - it was a robo-call, not a personal invite) and I wish there were more. I wish Teague would do the same. It was interesting.

I'm just wondering, what has Harry Teague done for his constituents besides the Vets and voting against Obamacare?

Frankly, I glad that Harry won in 2008. If the Republican had won we might have him for a number of years. Now its clear that Steve Pearce will be back in Congress again and he will be a much better Congressman that the guy Teague beat.
How could a wealthy Democrat like Teague allow his family to do such a awful thing to his former employees?
