Ah Steve Pearce. Classy as always. And Harry you're a big hypocrite. What a sorry choice we have for Congress.

"It's the economy, it's the economy..." Please find a new tune to sing, Harry.

I own a small business with 13 employees. Yes, healthcare is expensive, and yes, it's increasing in cost. An employee with self-coverage and two kids pays about $175 month, and the business covers the rest (about $4000 a month for the 8 employees who participate).

Harry could've reduced benefits, or asked the participating employees to cover more of their costs. I guarantee you there were other ways to realize business savings without even opening his books.

Bad form, Harry. I admired you for taking a stand against Obamacare, but now you have brought shame and hypocrisy upon your house.

Oooo Brother Mr. Teague! "it's hard to run a business in boom and bust times....it's bad that people try to score political points off of a small business..."

Whaaa Whaaa Whaa - Is it feel sorry for Harry Teague Day!? For crying out loud! Your combined assests are well over 40 million dollars! I think you can afford to provide the health care!

Steve Pearce all the way!!!!

Ack. Teague or Pearce. This is like choosing between bamboo slivers under the nails on your hands, or the ones on your feet.

GO HOME HARRY!!
You lost my vote on your healthcare vote, but if you had somehow managed to retain it, you'd have lost it now by bragging about cutting your employees' health benefits.

Looks like I'll have to write in some candidate in this slot, because I am not voting for Pearce.
Pearce and Teague are one in the same.

No Jay. No they're not. Pearce isn't exactly my favorite, but at least he was against TARP. Teague voted for it. He only voted against some of the other bills to cover his butt in the upcoming elections...nothing more.

A snapshot of things to come? As HCR comes to fruition, more and more small businesses will jettison their employee's healthcare coverage and cost as they look to find a way to lower their margins so that they remain competitive in their market. In the background of this picture of reality, you can the insurance companies salivating.

Q.Whats the difference between the political philosophies of Teague and Pearce?
A.Few if ANY noticable differences.
Q.How do you tell them apart?
A.Teague is the one in the cheaper suit.

Q.Who do I vote for in the general congressional election if my choices are tweedle dee and tweedle dum?
A.Write in city manager Terrence Moore,he has already demonstrated command of a nonsensical, inappropriate, over blown, pretentious, and bombastic vocabulary which few people can decipher;a proclivity to copulate indiscriminately;a sense of entitlement in expending taxpayer revenue for his own enrichment(hotel rooms, travel, child care, use of vehicles, etc.),and a desire and willingness to leave Las Cruces. In other words, essential traits necessary to be our Congressman.

The major difference between Teague and Pearce is that Teague at least thinks about the issues before he takes a stand. Further, he listens to his constituents, which is more than Pearce ever did. I am not wild about him, but I will definitely be there to vote for Teague this fall. My dog would do a better job than Pearce.

I contacted 1 of his many offices about the stink in sunland park from their treatment plant and also about the poor water quality in the santa teresa area.
He responded bragging about all he has done for the vets of New Mexico.
Typical worthless elected offical.
