Just finished eating their bobcat burger, and I must say that it was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten! The owner even was nice enough to give us a two for one deal when we went because he had sold out of all his other items.

Let me just say that I have eaten at restaurants all over south Louisiana. Yesterday I had the opportunity to dine with a friend at SOULed Out Smokehouse in Eunice.
Mr. Jon, I am not sure why you would put something that is not true about your wife cause if you would have found something like that I am sure you would have informed the management.
But on to the food, I have never tasted ribs so perfectly cooked and seasoned to the point that you are trying to figure out what is in the rub, this is not your typical ribs that you might get at Chili's or Applebee's, this is ribs that you may try to duplicate in your own backyard.
The owners are a young couple , Travis and Olivia (Venezia) Bertrand, that is pumping food out of the kitchen that usually takes years to perfect the flavors you are offered. Their daily problem is running out of food cause their smoker cannot keep up.
If you are a bbq connoiseur you owe it to yourself to try it. What someone may not realize when they are looking at the prices here is that everything is priced as a combo and taxes are all included, so what you see on their menu board is what you pay, so that $8 hamburger that someone talked about, try to go to a big chain burger joint and get a burger this fresh with fries and a drink for that price. It is a concept of honesty that Souled Out has come up with, no gimmicks just good food.
I am sure that this will not be my last post about Souled Out as I intend to patronize this new Christian based, Faith run business, they will truly be one of the premier bbq establishments in this area. As they gain experience of the restaurant business I truly expect big things to come from SOULed OUT Kitchen and Smokehouse.

My family and I have gone to Souled Out Kitchen several times, and it was amazing the ribs and brisket are out of the this world! The owners are very inviting and adorable! I would recommend that anyone who loves some good bbq try it!

The food is good, just not consistent ... The first week I ate their brisket was amazing but after a while it became tough, dry and flavorless. Kinda not sure what I'm gonna get when I go because it changes often, great coleslaw, great homeade fries , BBQ sauce taste like ketchup with pepper flakes in it too. It could be an awesome place if it were more consistent. Owners are very nice people too

I agree! I went one time & the pulled pork was awesome. However I went another time & it wasn't that good.
