Question

Oklahoma City, OK

#1 Jan 5, 2013
I currently have my child in daycare outside of the town but am looking for one in town. I was wondering if anyone has any opinions about good ones. I am not looking to start this for people to bash certain daycares but as a parent I want to be assured that my child is well taken care of! Thanks

Young World Daycare is great! My children go there and they love it, the teachers are very nice and take very good care of the children.

I just started my son (9months at the time) at Young World. He has been attending for 2 months and he doesn't cry. When the day care worker opens her arms to take him, he gladly goes with her. He is always clean when I pick him up and they communicate with me above measure. Its reassuring to know that my son feels safe with them. All of the workers are loving and I highly recommend Young World to anyone.

I'm very pleased with Apple Tree on Maple. I have a background in psychology and child development/education, and I actually couldn't be more pleased. They are wonderful as far as cleanliness, safety of the children, discipline (works with parents as a team), outdoor facilities/plaground, etc. My daughter, at two, came home and same the ABCs from start to finish out of the blue. That's important to me, but what is best is that they make learning fun.

I would never send my kids to country day. The teachers do not watch the kids and they have a snake problem in and around their building.

First off there isn't snakes in the building. Yes they might have little ones outside... But the place its at is surrounded by fields and ponds along with every other things outside. So what u expect?!?! Butterflies and rainbows?!

And they do watch the kids. And they have a lot of kids and its doin very well. So keep your kid to your house :)
