This makes me absolutely sick to hear. Johnny was a friend to so many people and will forever be missed and Ryan gets away with murder? Why is this? Why do most people that murder get life in prison and this jurk doesn't?
Who is making these decisions? Some drunk?

ryan should be serving life in prison without the remote possibility of parole. Make him pay the same price, that poor family is paying. "Life without the one they love"

Go to the media-The more it's out in the open the less chance he has of getting out early. Sadly it's always a hard fight.

Four years for deliberately killing someone? That's outrageous.

I would absolutely be at the Parole hearing, bringing all the family to dispute this decision. Four years for murder should be crimminal!

Hey Kimmie, 1st of all he only got 4 years cause Johnny was the agressor as testified by his own friends. Secondly, the correct spelling is J-E-R-K not JURK. Go back and finish 5th grade

Ryan was found NOT GUILTY of murder people, get over it. H e had a fair trial and the facts came out. Johnny wasnt the angel everyone thought him to be that night and it cost him his life. The jury knew it. Thats how you only get 4 years for killing someone, when they played a huge part in creating the altercation.

Dont even visit Texas, heck dont even mention this State. You are not even worthy to think of Texas.

Just like a criminal, backing one another. So what did you do time for in "Joisey"?

Just a bunch of dumbasses up there if you try to send your troubles down here. If the dude got less time than you think he deserved, they get on your lawmakers up there and make some changes, not vent on the web about it down here. New Jersey is a REAL dump, since all the other states ship their waste to YOUR state in order to get rid of it, dumbasses shouldn't let that happen, got no one to blames but yourselves!

Thank you! Coming from a New Jersey yankee, I can't think of a better compliment.

Know the difference between a New Jersey yankee and a Damn yankee? The Damn yankee knows what to do with the bus ticket you give him to go home.

New Jersey... The Garbage State (oh, wait, that was "garden" wasn't it).

Texas is so great. Everyone wants to live there. The whole world is moving there. Can't you see them? Unfortunately, they're only traveling in one direction, and that's north. Thanks for protecting our boarder, you morons. And while you were at it, nice work having the lowest percentage of the U.S. population over 25 with a high school diploma (insert clever Bush joke here). You also scored big by having the highest percentage of uninsured children. Now, I'm not going to try and explain the law of supply and demand to you folks, I know that's yankee talk, and I don't want to confuse you. But take a look at the median home prices in "joisey" versus those in Texas. You'll get a pretty clear indication of where people would rather live. As long as you promise not to move to Jersey, we swear we won't bother y'all - except maybe for a visit Austin, which I hear is the only decent place in the whole state.
That's right, I'm not from Texas, but Texas loves me anyway.

Don't bother with Austin. The people there are far too open minded for someone as hateful as you.
