So your'e saying the workers could be replaced, but the managers were irreplaceable? And that it was up to the workers to make all the sacrifices in order to save the imminently valuable managers' compensation packages?

<quoted text>Really? Was management given that option as well? If so, it would seem to me they must have voted to close the doors.
management didn't vote nitwit. Will your arguments give them their jobs back? Will blaming management get their jobs back? No but taking the contract offer would have keep them employed. You silly blame of management doesn't help them find employment. They are now in the bread line.

management didn't have a say nitwit. They lost their jobs along with the fools who voted not to take the contract.

For one, management were the ones that offered the contract the workers voted on. You know... the contract that urged the workers to take a pay cut while management got raises. For two, management agreed to THEIR higher salaries knowing what direction the company's finances were heading. Will blaming the workers get anybody's jobs back? Your silly blaming of the workers doesn't help anything either. Nitwit.

the workers are to blame. If they had accepted the contract they would have a job. The company would still be in business nitwit. It isn't management that refused the deal. It was the employees. Now they have nothing. Nadda. Zippo.

I wonder if management would have agreed to a pay cut for themselves. I think not, considering they got only pay RAISES throughout the whole thing. But we shouldn't expect THEM to make any sacrifices, should we?
Wow.......more of your worthless, gasbag farting on here.....11 of the 20 posts on the previous page are yours, all saying the same thing over and over and over again. How old are you? If you're over 19 you need to get out of mom and dad's house, take a basic econ course. Just like in your real life, we are NOT impressed by your repeating asinine comments.

This is the beginning of a trend we'll see much more of in America.
Hostess already knew they were closing the doors before any contract was authored.
Had workers agreed to pay cuts it would have only been the beginning of the end instead of the end.
Hostess will be back and you can bet it will be non-union.
Business owners across the country are prepared to close the doors before they allow unions in.

Wow! Look at that! You've moved beyond two sentences of the same tired insults and on to four. You just love doubling down on stupid, don't you? You, my friend... are the master. I see you're still stuck on the "flatulence" thing too. And you say I'M the one repeating the asinine comments. Your limited pool of wit is hilarious, yet sad. I almost feel bad for getting into this with you, mouth-breather. It's like the equivalent of playing a game of one on one basketball with somebody in a wheelchair. How old am I? Didn't I ask YOU that earlier? Didn't I also make a comment about how you needed to get off your mom's computer? or was that someone else? I don't know... all you idiots start to kind of blur together after a while. Anyway... I'll stop repeating the same answers if you stop making the same retarded statements. Deal?

Whatever. I've stated the facts several times about this. Are you really that f*cking dense? Do you really not see the difference between one group agreeing to two pay cuts while the other got huge raises? No wonder this country is in trouble. That must be some REALLY good Kool-Aid.

Whatever it takes to get American salaries competitive with China's (except Management of course... they work hard, they should be well compensated).
