All he has to do is go to the state legislature and tell them that the addresses that he was given by the 911 authority do not seem to get a response from the public. And maybe they will begin to see the problem that they have allowed to be created by the county courts. The post office has been forced to ignore their customers, and enforce an address that is either not being used or so similar to another that the automatic sorting devices employeed by them, return letters to the sender. The county courts are not doing the right thing. They are using their new authority to attack the citizen's that they don't like. These addresses are not assigned for safety but for other personal reasons. Why else would you change the name of a road that is only been known by its name for over a hundred or more years and start calling it CR, by the use of legal force. The only reason that you would do something like that is to attack someone. Believe it or not the citizens of this country have the right to ignore something that they believe is fruadulant or phoney, even if it is not considered to be by their own government. They call this having civil rights.

We mailed our census in pursuant to the law because we didn't want to be bothered by some federal pig showing up at my home. Last saturday a census worker came to my house and said that they got ours, but had some questions about our neighbor. I told him to get the fluck away from my door. He turned and left without saying a word. I am still peeved that the government lied once again and now is wanting to turn neighbor on neighbor.
