I was quite surprised to read the negative comments posted by several former employees of the kaner medical group as well as several former patients. In fact, the only positive comments I saw were directed at Dillion Matthew. While I can understand frustration, I would seriously question several of the comments. For the record, I am a patient of Dr. Livingstone and I consider him to be both a quality Physician and a quality man. My experience in limited to two visits a year, both for blood work as I am on high blood pressure and colesteral medication. Additionally, I get a physical every year. On those few occasions where I had to visit my PCP, I was glad Dr. Livingstone was there to help me. He is thorough and searches for the cause of a problem rather than practice shotgun medicine. I have no idea who the Kutler family is nor do I care. My reason for even going to see a physician is I want an accurate diagnosis of anything that may be affecting my overall good health. Dr. Livingstone in my opinion is an excellent diagnostician. As for the administrative staff, well, I agree there is a lot of room for improvement. I have had to wait 5 days on two different occations to get a prescription refill order. That is totally unreasonable. So, in effect, I am completely satisfied with the medical care I receive and continue to wish for the same level of competence from the administrative staff.

Wife and I have seen Dr. D. Livingston for the past 26 yrs. Daughter-In-Law said at our age (66) we might consider changing to an Internal Medicine Doctor. So we decided to change over to Elmer Smith. Stopped by Smiths office last week & filled out paper work to have our records transfored to Smith. Get letters in mail today from Kaner Medical that it will cost my wife and I $50.00 each to have our records transfered to Smith. Now you talk about "CHEAP".
AFTER 26 YEARS OF SEENING DR. LIVINGSTONE, THIS IS OUR REWARD.
I hope cheap ass Kaner enjoys reading our records every day because they can keep my damn records.

I'm a current pt at KMG and I don't recognize the negative comments. Apparently they changed for the best. The staff is great, the waiting time is excellent and it is the friendliest group I've ever ever encountered. I'm not a kid...I have chronic medical problems and get referrals with no problems. They no doubt had difficulties in the past but they get a AAA rating.

This Dr.s office would have better quality of help if they didnt fire everyone who cared, this place is only looking to make a buck! they only worry about over time and not the well being of the pt.s health care. in the 5 months that i worked there they fired 22 people. hell i make 23,. If you want a headache take your family to kaner medical group, if you want to not get returned phone calls and want to wait 2 + weeks for RX refills this is the place to go. the dr.s are awesome, i have nothing bad to say about them or dr kaner, only his admin.( the kutler family) staff and a person by the name of wendy O., dr. kaner would have an awesome office and caring staff members if he would take the whole kutler family out of the picture including wendy they are mean hateful tacky people who dont care aboutanything but the money that goes in their pockets.

I worked there 7 months and the comments about the Kutler family are all true. From Bipolar Judith to spineless Larry, to loud mouth Marine Steven and to the hypocrite Jaime. Performance, perfect attendance and job perfection has nothing to do with continued tenure. They have a nucleus of office puppets, who are the eyes and ears. They have cameras and hidden microphones to entrap their staff. I have been working Medicine in one fashion or another 30 years, and have never seen such a dog and pony show, this bunch is. I was fired for numerous "infractions" one of which was making racially derrogetory comments. Funny, I am in a mixed race marriage! Not the reason, just an excuse. When I was younger I made a mistake over 15 years ago and did time. three years after my release, as a non violent and non drug first time offender, I was granted a full restoration of my civil rights. They did a background check with NCIC and found the connection and fired me for lying on my application. Beware of KMG. If you can get by the staff, you CAN received great medical calre.

I agree with needing to be patient, however, when you wait over an hour in the waiting room and the person who walked in the same time as you did already was seen and left, well that is over anyones patience. If you want to wait for that, be my guest.

This is a very bad place to go. Doctors, PACs and Nurses are dumb and rude. Office is mean and the phone line never works right.

I really don't know what to say. I have noticed a high turn over in office personnel; however, Dr. Eva Mina has provided me absolutely top shelf health care. She has been my doctor for nearly 10 years and I absolutely love her. She is not only on top of her game, she is a caring and elegant woman. Somone above stated she was loud and obnoxious. I would venture a guess that if she was loud with you it was probably because you earned it by being non-compliant with her instructions.
There is also a PA there named Kevin Epples. If you can't get an apointment right away, see Kevin. Another great health care provider.
If any of you think that this clinic has problems, just wait until you all get a dose of federally managed care. I am a military retiree and earned the right to use the VA hospital. It is absolutely horrible. Everyone should visit there before the Obama care initiative kicks into high gear. I not only refuse to receive care at the VA, but, I am actively looking for ways to pay as I go in the event that Obama care denies me the right to see Dr. Mina.
Next to my priest, the relationship with my doctor is the next sacred relationship outside my family. If anyone from KMG reads these posts, please, find a way to offer local care groups which we may pay into over and above what our insuranc I am more than willing to do that vice losing my doctor.e pays.

I am also a satisfied patient of Dr. Livingstone. My husband, 16 yr old son and myself have been patients for several years and have.been pleased with the care the doctors have given all of us. I have had bad doctors in the past, where I would see him for one reason and walk out of the office with prescription for 6 other different things. Anyway, I can see why people would complain about the nurses and admin staff. While I was there I have seen several instances where the nurses have been rude to patients in the waiting room. And staff at the front desk being mean girls to others. I have even noticed a couple of time one particular nurse being smelly and dirty hair like she has not showered I several weeks, that was gross. I don't know who the Kutlers are, and I don't need to know. Quality health care is hard to find so when we found Dr. Livingstone we decided a ridiculous staff was a the price we pay. As long as their antics don't interfere with us we can handle it. There is good and bad in everything, you just have to decide what you can deal with.

I have to say that I have been satisfied with the service at the Euless office until recently. I have been TRYING to get a simple letter for my job saying that I can't lift anything over 5 lbs due to a herniated disk for nearly 3 weeks now. I've called, emailed, faxed...all to no avail. For me this just started in the last few months. I've been going to that same office for nearly 7 years now but boy has it gone downhill. Too bad. I hate to change and leave Dillon. He is really good and I like him a lot.

I live in Euless and have been a patient at KMG for 8 years...until now. I originally started as Dr. Livingstone's patient years back. I needed to see the Dr. for an allergic reaction to something and he wasn't available so I saw Dillon Mathew and have been with him since then...about 5 years now. I recently called to make an appointment and was told that Dillon was out on an "extended leave of absence" and they were not sure if he would be back or not. That's it for me. I'm done with them. It USED to be a nice place but it's gone down hill in the last 4 years or so. I'm not sure when this new crew took over the administration of the office but...in a word...they STINK. Needless to say I am less than thrilled with them. It's really a shame.

I have only good things to say about Kaner Medical Group. My PA, FLo, has done more for my health and that of my Mother's than any doctor we have ever seen. She is the most empathetic medical professional you could ever have caring for you. I came onto this board to post in a different thread, but I saw these comments and feel compelled to leave my experience here. She has seen my Father, as well and he prefers this medical office to the VA.

Why was Dillon Matthew let go, and where did he go? He was the only one there that had half a clue and was friendly! KMG is a money hoarding group who wants to hustle people and run them through like cattle! I always felt like a piece of MEAT there, and Dr. Livingstone is a JOKE! WORST PLACE EVER!

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. MINA'S FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS DOCTOR. EVERYTIME I HAVE BEEN SEEN BY A PHYSICIAN AT THIS FACILITY IT HAS BEEN FLO THOMASIC, NP. THE STAFF AT THIS CLINIC IS TERRIBLE AND RUDE, BILLING DEPARTMENT SUCKS AND HAS NOT ONE CLUE ON WHAT SHE IS DOING. DEBORAH IS A COMPLETE IDIOT! FLO IS GREAT I WISH SHE WOULD LEAVE THAT PRACTICE. KANER SAW ME ONCE AND HAD NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT A SINUS INFECTION! KMG YOU HAVE LOST A PATIENT AND BASED OFF THESE REVIEWS IM SURE YOU'VE LOST PLENTY WITH THE AWFUL STAFF YOU HAVE EMPLOYED!!!
