Me and my mom went to upscale nails like 2 days ago and had an awful experience. The guy that did my nails wasn't bad at all I really like them. But the bad experience started when the girl name ROSE did my moms manicure she was extremely rude 2 me and my mom. We asked her 3 times 2 fix my moms nails and she said no. it was an awful exeperience thanks to that girl. She seem not care and it seem like she wanted 2 leave and it took her so long to finish she was very unprofesional mean and rude it was a very uncomftroubel experience. Don't recommend it if your looking for good service and costumer care.

I have been going to this nail salon since I moved to the area a year ago. Blake is the one who does my nails and I haven't been happier. I have found them to be pleasant, courteous and quick. I would recommend any of the nail services. I have not tried any of the other services but am sure they would be just as professional.

I don't know about their hair or massage abilities, but I get my nails done there and they are great. They have the largest selection of colors for solar nails that I have ever seen.

I had a pedicure on 3 different occasions within a 4 month period. I agree with Sk8er, my first experience was great. I felt well cared for and each of the next two visits were progressively worse and the icing on the cake was that I contracted a fungal infection in my toes nails which I had never had before and had to take oral meds to rid myself of the fungus. Needless to say, I have no plans to return.

I am NOT a fan of this salon. I went in to get a fill and the tech ruined my nails! They looked HORRIBLE! I have heard good things about the pedicures and they accomidate a large party but I would not go back for my nails. I might give them a shot at a pedi but unsure due to the horrible service with my nails...

My experiences with Upscale Spa for over a year have been nothing less than EXCELLENT! When my sisters come in from out of town, their first comment to me is "make us an appointment for Tropical Pedicures @ Upscale Spa...they're wonderful!" I ask for Jessica personally who has given me massages, facials, spa pedicures, and nail fills. I can say nothing less than she is always professional, caring, accommodating, and very talented! I know this salon changed owners last year and for all the people who have written negative comments, I would strongly encourage you to try them again as they are under NEW MANAGEMENT! Are you kidding me? I was seated quickly in a massage chair. Good deal. However, I was ignored for over 20 minutes. By the time the nail tech came to my chair the water was freezing. This was remedied of course wiht the addtition of hot water. Problem solved.

The simple mani/pedi I wanted took over 1 1/2 hours. I was so ready to get out of there. Then it comes time to pay. I use my debit card. I tried to write in my 20% tip. I was told NO! Use the ATM. I did as I was told ATM would charge me a fee as well as my bank would charge me a fee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I said I would leave my tip on the debit card. She said I don't want to pay taxes. I said fine and I walked out. No tip for you.

Okay mani/pedi, but there are so many other places to go. Don't bother

I think it's funny how people only want to post reviews if something bad happens. I think this is a great salon for nails and great service! My favorite is Lele! Go and ask for her for pink and white nails!

Well, I dont know them, so keep an open mind ot what I see on the web.

But if you get eyelash extensions you should ask to see if they are a Certified Lashologist. The Lashologist Council of America is the non profit group, and they provide a a certified lashologist program for the people doing the procedure.

You cand find them at http://www.lasholologist.org

Hope that helps!

BEWARE DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!!
I went a few months back and it was good. The girl gave me a twenty minute massage with oil, lotion and hot rocks. I was so impressed I got my husband one for Christmas. We went yesterday It was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
The girls kept turning around watching TV while pushing my husbands cuticles. She was NOT even looking !!!!!She slapped some lotion on his feet and rubbed for about a minute. She was too interested in her TV show. I will NEVER go back.
My husband also got a massage DON'T DO IT~!!!!!
He said the ladies hands where like sandpaper. He said she was a haggered OLD WOMAN with sand paper hands. He said it was AWFUL!!!!!!
My advise is STAY AWAY!!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$
Are you sure you were at Upscale Nails? For one thing the message therapist is young and charming. I have been going to upscale nails almost since they opened, I get pedicures, nails, waxing & facials and massage. Have always had a great experience and very clean love decor and chairs

I love going to this spa. I've had pedicures, manicures, hair done, massages..I did one of the all day spa packages with my mom and it was great. There is a major language barrier with a lot of them, which is difficult but I've had that just about every place I go. I've had a little sensitivity with my nails and getting cut, but I've also had that just about anywhere I've gone, it's all dependent on the condition of your nail/skin and who's doing it in particular. The people are very friendly and many know me and my mom by name and always make sure to take care of us. The chairs are amazing, I brought a friend with fibromyalgia who loved the chair and got a hot stone massage and she was finally able to bend over and touch her toes, it was an amazing experience for her to see her so happy and get real therapy. Like all other places it depends on who you work with and how you approach them as well. I have been going there for over 2 years now.

I called to make an appointment today becuase I was given a groupon from a friend. The manager was very rude and hung up on me twice. She very disrespectful and not friendly. I beleive she treated me poorly due to me having a groupon. She mentioned "they keep on calling because the groupons are expiring"and was condescending. I made the appoinment and probably wont go. I would never go there if it wasnt for the groupon based on the horrible service I recieved from the manager.(at least she said she was the manager) I'm thinking if the manager has a bad attitude thr workers probably do as well.
