Review: Upscale Spa & Nails

[BE AFRAID OF THIS SALON]

Employees VERY uneducated on hair and eyelash extension techniques.I had my hair done, highlighted and they burned my scalp and my hair was purple. I had eyelash extensions done as well and this resulted in me losing all my natural eyelashes and I also developed a severe eye infection due to the unsanitary practices at this salon.I hope this comment will assist in protecting the public from ever going through what I have gone through at this salon. My best advice is do not even go through their doors.

We LOVE this nail salon. They are better able to accomodate large parties than any place else I've seen. With 20+ service stations, we can enjoy our 'splurge' all together. I understand the previous concern of hair knowledge, but I guess I'd look at the name of this business and know that they do not specialize in hair. This is my favorite place for nails!

BEWARE DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!!
I went a few months back and it was good.The girl gave me a twenty minute massage with oil,lotion and hot rocks. I was so impressed I got my husband one for Christmas. We went yesterday It was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
The girls kept turning around watching TV while pushing my husbands cuticles. She was NOT even looking !!!!!She slapped some lotion on his feet and rubbed for about a minute. She was too interested in her TV show. I will NEVER go back.
My husband also got a massage DON'T DO IT~!!!!!
He said the ladies hands where like sandpaper. He said she was a haggered OLD WOMAN with sand paper hands. He said it was AWFUL!!!!!!
My advise is STAY AWAY!!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$

OK well I was in the nail industry for 15+ years.
But I like to get pedicures.My neighbor recommended this place so I was intrigued.
Like I said it was good the first time. But this time they where NOT interested in doing nails. They where rude and had NO idea what they where doing. It was terrible. My advise is to spend your money elsewhere. Other salons can accommodate large parties and you won't get fungus as an added extra. Go American your safer.

I also had a horrible experience. The lady that did my manicure was very nice but cut me TWICE while cutting the nail around my skin. Even after I told her that she was hurting me. Then she put some solution on which made the cuts burn even more. Today, I would not be surpised if it does not get infected. The lady was also trying to set up another manicure during my manicure. Her hand massage was dry, she only put lotion on my arms and nothing on my hands. I had to tell her twice to even out my nails. VERY BAD experience although it just may have been that one lady. I dont mean to call her out but her name is Andrea. So if you go there, go to someone else!

I recently visit my friend in Euless and she took me to Upscale Spa and Nail place.  At first, I did not want to go but I glad I did.  One of the guy name Lucky did my Solar Nail and I love it.  Since I have my nail done and like it, and I want try pedicure.   Andrea took time and clean as well as massage my feet.  She also removed my dead dry skin.  I will come back to this place again as well as recommend to my friends.

I love this salon! I have tried so many salons and never had a problem. I would recommend anyone to this salon. I have had massage, pedicures, manicures, solar nails, eyebrow/lip wax and NEVER had a bad experience. I have used both Michaels, Rachael, Jessica and my favorite Simon. So everyone that thinks this place is bad yall need to go to other places. This place is clean & I have never heard of anyone getting infected from this place and I have been doing my nails for over 8 yrs-so ALL of you who have had a "horrible experience" go somewhere else like Da-va Nails, Tk Nails and you will then know who does it RIGHT!!!

But this place..the one in Euless has only been open for a year. Are you sure you are talking about the same one.

I too had a great experience the first two times but the last two have not been good. I was cut yesterday AND they did an American manicure with some sort of silver-ish white. My nails were filed in such a weird way that they caught on my clothing.

I just called them and said that I wasn't happy with the work they did and they offered to fix it. I did not accept this...and I will not be going back.

I really like this NAIL salon. I get my pedicures done there and the place is always clean and bustling. I would never go to a NAIL salon to get waxing, massages, hair, brows, etc... done so I can't comment on those services at Upscale Nails. But the staff is courteous and professional.

you can read my experience on yelp and see a pic of what they did to my big toe last time.

This place is nice inside, convenient to where I live and they are easy to get last minute stuff done. BUT, I am having issues now. I have hang nails on my toes and I have never had before. Last time, they injured my big toe and it got infected. The doctor bill and medications cost over $300. I am still not sure if my toe nail will fall off and walking/getting around with an injured big toe is difficult. So much money and time out of my life....just for a bad pedicure.

I recently had pedicure done at Upcale Nail and
Spa in Euless. I don't have any problem. In fact, I like the girl who did my pedicure. I think her name is Mango. I will take my friend here again for her pedicure.

I paid for a 1 hr massage and it lasted less than 45 minutes, the rest of the time I was waiting for the therapist to "warm up her hands" and the other time she said excuse me and left without an explanation leaving me for 5-10 minutes, offering a quick apology upon her return. I have never been left in the middle of a massage and I have had many. Meanwhile the same awful oriental music was repeating over & over, I could barely stand it, they desperately need some new music. It was by far the worst massage experience I have ever had. I very politely complained at the front desk and was given a $5 discount, another free massage would have been nice. I also spoke to the lady at the front desk about getting lash extensions and when I asked her how long the lady had been doing it that she recommended she laughed and said she did not know, I was scared of that and decided it was my first and last visit to this salon.

Lazy,why you guys keep saying bad this Nail Salon. It someone give you guys money for writting unrelate to this Nail Salon. I do not see anything wrong or worst service at this place. I was stopped in the store few weeks ago during my visit my Parent in Dallas. The Owner, Workers are very nice and kindly to my wife and me. They take time to take care my wife and me. They had done a good job. You know at the time of this economy very bad , but I have to tip them $100 for boths service for us.
So I recommend everyone come to this Upscale Spa & nails in Euless, Dallas TX to get a good service, other places wouldn't have the same .
