I don't know if there's enough on Stout to prosecute or not, but I do know that he's done real harm to the city. In talks with county officials about their encounters with David and Rick they have a very negative impression of Euharlee. That may not bother anyone, but the harm comes in when the county has the opportunity to help out some of the local communities. If they perceive all the others as serious people trying really hard to improve their towns and they perceive us as a bunch of yahoos who would elect people like David and Rick, who do you think will get the money, help, favors, etc? Not us, you can bet on that. It's going to take a real effort on the part of the whole council to change that over the next couple years. Right now with the economy as it is, it's no time to be antagonizing the ones who control the purse strings. Of course, there never was any reason to do so, but those two had to demonstrate to everyone what big shots they were and by God, no one was going to tell them what to do. Look at all the festivals that no longer come here because of David. That guy is a one-man wrecking crew and he had his little parrot right there with him spouting the same vitriol. That may work in their little inbred social circles, but it won't fly in the real world. So, the city pays the price for their egos. Sad but true.

I think the folks have plenty on him to take criminal action. If he had any brain at all he would leave this town and never look back.

I did not vote for Rick and I will not vote for David but leave their names out of things........they are history!

The best thing Stout can do is follow his wife to where ever she goes. He has been the biggest embarressment to the city since Phil was. Older people remember him.

Stout is a lame duck for the next two years. He will never be re-elected. The people are wise to his corruption. The in next two years every time he shows his ignorant ass he is going to get it ripped. The coalition screwed up by not having a recall vote on the ballot in the past election. Everyone is laughing at the coalition behind your back because you can't answer the question of WHO ARE MEMBERS. Now think about it........why are the names not mentioned on the web page? I don't think anyone expects the elected officials to be puppets dancing on a string; they were elected on their knowledge, temperament, and desire for the best for the city.
