i can't believe someone could be completely cleared of all charges in this case. clearly, he was drinking alcohol. that a judge in a court of law would totally dismiss that fact and rule that the driver simply 'had an accident' is a gross miscarriage of justice. the judge was obviously biased in favor of the driver due to his position as a parole agent with the state. i also don't understand why the blood alcohol test that was initially performed was not a test that is recognized in court. what's the point of doing a blood alcohol test that is inherently incorrect? how many people have been convicted of dui related charges based on the results of this same test but didn't have a high priced attorney to point it out? just reading this article confirmed my opinion that our local justice system is every bit as corrupt as any big city's. people like mr. naylor drink and drive, cause accidents in which innocent people are injured, and walk away with not even so much as a traffic citation. they go back to their lives as if not a thing happened, while the victims of their reckless actions are left to pick up the pieces of their now shattered lives--without the benefit (however insignificantly it impacts any real recovery) of knowing the person responsible for their pain and suffering has been held accountable in any way whatsoever. i'm certain mr. naylor will continue his reckless behavior, and the next time he 'has an accident' let's hope it involves the judge in this case so that justice can finally be served.

Just goes to show their is no justice in our justice system. Apparently, he had dirt on somene which got him out of all charges. If this was the average Joe, they would have been charged; to the fullest extent. How can he, the Judge and his attorney sleep at night? Do they really feel justice has been served? Not to mention, will this JERK be paid back pay? IF SO, I HOPE THE MEDIA JUMPS ALL OVER THIS. FYI - Whoever put the clueless comment on the above post, we know your in the Jerks family. You would be the only people to post clueless with that post. By the way, how can you sleep at night.
