I had a small problem with my car and they wanted top dollar compared to other shops. Don't plan on bringing your car in to look at it unless you want to pay. Most garages look at it for free. This is the last time I would ever use them!!! Please take my advice.

Great service! They fixed my car right the first time, I had taken it to 2 other places in the area that could not fix it and Atlas did right away. The price was great compared to other shops that i payed and they could not fix it!

I have to say, I am a little confused by the above comment. I have never had anything but thanks for these guys. They always take care of me and explain everything to the fullest. I have easily sent in 5 friends who all have the same experiences. I have never heard of a shop that would do work for free? Everytime I go in I love the quote that have on their wall. "bitterness of low quality is remembered long after the sweetness of a low price has faded from memory" or something like that. These guys are top notch and you get your money's worth. It you want something done cheap, then expect cheap results or do it yourself.
Thanks Ryan and Atlas!

Have taken my car there a few times. Overall pretty good experience for simple repairs. I have used them for oil changes too and they do not take the time to fill the wiper fluid or reset the computer "oil change needed" dashboard light.

THE WORST GARAGE EVER. CAR SAT FOR MONTHS, KEPT PROMISING IT WOULD BE DONE. IN THE END THE CAR WAS TOWED AWAY IN PIECES, BOLTS. PARTS MISSING, WRONG PARTS. AND STILL HAD TO PAY TO GET THE CAR TOWED ELSEWHERE. AND LEFT A BIG HUGE SCRATCH ON THE CAR.

There are always two sides to every story. Just to make it clear, you bought a China made aftermarket turbo kit for an Audi and wanted us to piece the rest of it together after the fact! If I can remember clearly, which I can, it was at a shop before mine for a bunch of weeks...mmmm They probably had the same problems with it! Imagine that. YOU bought it, not me! It was missing parts and you expected a $500 dollar "kit" off ebay to work...there is a reason the real kits cost $6000 . So before you bash our company (with hundreds of happy customers) why don't you post the real story. I am tired of someones lack of money to do a job properly being my problem. "The bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of a low price has faded from memory"...If you want a cheap job done, then expect a cheap job. Thank you

I remember this. You brought your car in because your window didn't work. We spent an hour working on it and in the end it needed a window motor. So we called you to tell you what it needed and a cost to perform the work. You said "no I can replace the window motor myself now that I know what it is. We charged you $35 to diagnose, which mind you, our normal rate is $65 an hour. So you are mad because we charged you $35 to tell you what was wrong with your window because you couldn't figure it out, only for you to decide you would fix it yourself. So correct me if I am wrong, but I am to assume that you think we should work for free? I even was being nice about it, and only charged $35. Sir, I am sorry that we run a business to make money and support our families and communities. I believe we have many hundred happy repeat customers who say day in and day out how much we save them.

Mr Mcguire, I am very sorry that you had a suspect experience with us. We have had some issues with employees forgetting to do this simple added service on a oil change and I can assure that we remove these employees when we look into these concerns. I want you to know that we have eliminated some of these employees and we take our customers very seriously. We want you to be happy and above all else feel you had a positive experience.

Took car in for service and got it back days later and all my pills in pill box were gone. Had at least 8 VICADIN and 8 CLONOPIN . Someone took my prescription drugs. They didn't touch my money or music but went for drugs. Come on guys you know who took them. I will be very suspicious of you guys from now on.

I also had drugs missing from my cars glove box. I just dismissed it as a freak thing but now I read this. WOW.

You have got to be kidding me. I will not give my real name but a month ago this happened to me. I said to my wife All Of My PILLS ARE MISSING!! Now I am very curious to know where my pills went. Had a spare supply of pain meds for emergency along with seizure meds . Pill bottle empty. That's a very serious offense. Either they left car unlocked outside and someone took them or someone who works there did. I am not at this time accusing them but I am worried about it. They are good mechanics and would give them my business again but I will make sure that they lock up my car when they leave. You guys are good at what you do and I will continue to send customers your way. Thanks

You know it's hard to prove any theft. But they had to know what type of medication it was. Whoever took those pills knew what they were. You just don't take pills unless you have taken them before. Vicadin is a habit forming pain killer and clonazapam is a downer. These are serious drugs and should be handled with care. I know of incidents like this at car dealers and shops. It's your word against there's . I would have reported it to the police. Drug theft is a felony. Good Luck, and I will think twice about this business.

I know these guys. They are top notch. They would never had taken them. It had to be someone on the outside. The only thing that bothers me is that this happened near my house. I will have to keep my cars locked all the time. You should tell Atlas to lock there vehicles at night. Should have went to police when you found them missing. To late now.

I know someone that this happened to. They came to the idea that the car was left unlocked and someone stole items out of the car. That is why Forbes Chevrolet always kept cars locked in a locked fence area. Those guys didn't know that it even happened. You cannot prove it so drop it.

These guys are great. They do a great job and have a good reputation. Dealers send cars to them that there mechanics can't fix. Yes they are that good. I will stand by these guys. We found a great mechanic and am sticking with them. I urge those who read the comments to not cast judgement on these guys. There has been thefts around the area involving unlocked cars. What an opportunity for someone to grab some drugs. That's what they steal the stuff for, drugs. Duh
