Lock him up and send the address to me. I can get about 6,302,546 of my brown marmorated buddies to crawl up into all his orifices at the county prison. There is only one orifice we will not enter, though - that's an "exit only". Even stink bugs have scruples.

They need to take his driver's license away for another 5 years - that will fix the problem! Or we could put him in our already overcrowded prisions for a week or so and let him out on good behavior - that will fix the problem too. Punishments need to be painful so people think twice... this whole country is broken!

Obviously a person that does NOT learn from his mistakes - it's about time the judicial system helps him learn in other ways.

What to do with such dregs on society? Quite obviously, rehab does not work with some folks. Look no further than Hollywood or Etters, PA! Too damn bad we can't just shoot the no good SOB's before they kill an innocent person. These idiots are already mentally dead; but we still must pay to support them! Me things a bare minimum of an "EIGHTH CHANCE" should be in order. York County's judicial system SEEMS to feel this way as well. PATHETIC!

The best sentence for this guy is to be on probation and live above a bar,,,now that will take care of the DUI....blieve me jail is not the answer here except it is another cost to the tax payers to take care of him...

do you really think taking away his license for 5 more years is going to stop him from driving without it?

I have known some people in the past who were stuck on stupid and kept doing things like driving without a valid inspection, a speeding ticket here or there or a parking ticket they didn't pay, until they lost their driving priveleges. Once that happened it just kept snowballing. They had to work so they would keep driving. They would get busted for driving without a license and lose their license for a longer time. It started when they were in their teens and just kept on with them on into their thirties. It can be a vicious cycle that some don't know how to escape from to be able to work and live. None of the people I knew were arrested for DUI. Just stupid violations that added up. I have no answer for them. It was awful for them and their families is all I remember!
