BOCC approves TCC to do SHIP admin

BONIFAY The Holmes County Board of County Commissioners approved by a 3-2 margin to transfer administration of the State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program to Tri-County Community Council.

if the bocc had any common sence we would be
better!
but as it is when we have to (VOTE) we are left
with little to chose (UNFAIR)
they wont a title and a spot in the big room,mabey a camera shot on tv 4 news
let me back off for a minet
they are some that wont to make some changes,but
as the saying gose ill rub your back if you"l rub mine!,same ol story huh we ask these ones to do there job and all we get is the same ol story!
if the pepole would just not (VOTE) for any body to go in and (VOTE)the ones out you would see things change, and whoever wonted to run for office would have to pass your teast and prove that they can do what they claim other than that we"just keep on hearin (THE SAME OL STORY)!!

Isn't it odd that HCBOCC gave away the money to run SHIP and not TCCC is trying to get them to furnish a building, rent, utilities, all of it? Guess our commissioners won't stand for something so they'll fall for anything. I don't mean Jim King or Phillip Music. They have enough age and experience to do things.

If you had to live in Phillip Music's district you would not think he has enough age or experience.Sure wish he would use it on our roads.

what do you want him to do? get out there and do it by his self?? have you ever thought to call him ,or talk with him about the roads? dirt roads will always need work! with the type of sand in it
being we are kinda close to the beach, will be hard to keep up, worser when it rains!ever try to do anything with wet sand? so if the roads are passable then you wont have to worry about any one speeding down them!! ever thought about that??

No I don't want him to do it himself. Somehow I was under the impression that he was the one to tell someone else what to do. That was what he was elected for I thought. We do not have sand on our roads, we have mud---.Also it is dangerous to go into another road because there is so many weeds and bushes that you cannot see what is coming. I have called the road department and Mr. Music about this problem every year since we have lived here and I am not going to call this year . If someone gets hurt because of it , they can cut them maybe.
