Everything is presented to be "If the Wellness Center is built. And you Brian Herwig make mention of John Cullens word 'That he will build the Wellness Center" if you can't raise the money. He has stated just that and he also stated "OR leave it as open space". You people better get your heads out and face reality. There are still a lot of WHAT IFS that there aren't answers for. I've worked with John Cullen and he is a braggerd and will tell you what you want to hear. Beware people.

anything wrong with turning the existing hospital into a wellness center, since, according to two experts, it's the way the health industry is heading. You already have the property and the buildings to do that and don't have to cry to sway a vote on lot 4 and who knows what else. It's just a thought, whether it be a good one or not. This way people would come to Estes Park and stay in our current lodgings and not one built by John Cullen to further line his wallet.

The above proposal would add validity, and it is good that it is put out for introspection.
