Cullen or villain or however you pronounce it swings the big rod, especially now that the tourists are nowhere in sight. He wants to be the town's savior. I'm sure in two years the entire town will be renamed Stanley Park or Cullenitis or whatever. Power to the LBGT!!

Don't do it Estes! Your emotions are being played... Estes doesn't need a wellness center or any kind of monstrosity to draw tourists...it's the small mountain town charm and heart of the village that keep us coming back. Roads will be repaired, tourists will still come, but if you say yes to this proposal, there will be no turning back and the regret will run deep. Don't Aspen-ize Estes Park!!

Wrong time, wrong place. 150-200 more cars per day in a area that is already over populated is not the answer. It will diminish the Stanley Hotel view. Plans to close the road in front of the hotel from Steamer Drive and replace with a bike path is ridiculous. Do a traffic study and see how many cars use this road daily. We already have 3 wellness centers in town. How will this effect their business? Granted they can not stay over night or eat a salad dinner there. This will not help our local restaurants either. If John wants to invest in Estes, go out to Elkhorn and develop the West end of the city.

no more tourists. We don't need them, right? You guys should all run for Town board. There's an election in April.

and why is Denver so sure of what liddle ole estes needs, oh i get it you are in estes but use a denver internet service provider because it is cheaper so even though you pretend to have money you just look for the best bargain and hurt your own community or else you live in denver and are poor and so have to have a smaller town to look down on to make yourself feel important and justify the space you take up and the carbon monoxide you generate

Estes Park voters, do not fall for this. Keep your town free of more traffic and even more congestion. Maintain the natural environment and do not allow money to dictate.
