I would say you are keeping a much bigger secret, that of addicted nurses and firing pharmacists who point out that you must report this problem to the police.
I don't care how much you advertise or brand, or even threaten to brand people with a hot poker, I would rather be treated by a unlicensed veterinarian then set foot in that place.

The green cross is strikingly similar to the Medical marijuana symbol for dispensaries. Not surprising considering all the drug problems at EPMC. The problem is that it took two marketing companies (Impact and Duane Knapp) and over $100,00.00 to come up with this bad concept. It will cost over $200,00.00 to implement this logo change. Who does the critical thinking at EPMC? Not the CEO thats for sure!
