I knew Judy and Lisa Rosen in Idaho in the late 70’s. I just read LIsa’s obituary from 2008. Lisa and I were girlfriend-boyfriend for a while; and, I met some of the family in Tuscan. Is Judy alright? If you know her tell her that Seth says hello, and all these years have thought of both of them, wondering how life has been. I wonder if they ever thought of me too, from time to time. I am in Texas now.

Doug Klink ran for the Board based on 30 years of experience as a firefighter and knowing how fire departments work and he has to ask how the mutual aid process works?

to get in the water and start swimming again.

Officials in Atlantic seaboard tourist towns have urged residents to get in the water again, after numerous shark attacks and 13 deaths attributed to shark bites scared stupid tourists away.

"We depend on tourism," said Amityville Mayor Bob Bloomberg, "and the only way to get tourism dollars back is to force, er, encourage Amityville residents to get back in the water, splash around and enjoy themselves."

"Once the tourists see there is no problem, they will start returning and spending money. Lots of money. For those locals who are attacked and killed, well, that's your own damn fault for choosing to live here without undergoing the mandatory lobotomy."

Typical Estes Park mentality - not willing to help anyone but themselves, and only interested in the all-mighty dollar.
