To Sidney Spring; Why don't you take this project AND yourself to another community that gives a darn! Why is it all of you self righteous self appointed do gooders can't leave EP the way it is? Take your city mentality and leave EP to those of us who appreciate it for what it is. That goes for the Trustee's and our Mayor who think this is such a wonderful idea. EP used to be a quaint little town with peace and tranquility and you &*%^$# want to ruin it. Money talks doesn't it! It's to bad that the BS part has to play such a big part in your egotistical mentality.

supports the idea? Good enough reason to back off and give this thing a harder look. Just what we need - a carpet-bagger sitting in his custom home thinking up ways to "improve" Estes........

I am fortunate enough to live within an hour's drive to Estes for most of my life, and visit regularly enough to almost qualify as a local. Jake couldn't have said it better.... "Take your city mentality and leave EP to those of us who appeciate it for what it is." Why else do you think so many city dwellers come to visit from all over the world? If they want big, they can stay home - Big (and busy) is what they come to Estes to escape!! Don't believe the hype. The vultures are circling during this time of raw emotion after the floods. They want their money, and don't care a tinker's damn about the resident's quality of life in Estes. Thing logically - not emotionally, when you vote. You won't have a do-over on this one.
