What strategic planning to propose this behemoth in light of the recent devasation, playing on raw emotions. Tourists enjoy the quaintness of Estes - one of the biggest draws. This is nothing short of vulgar and greed-driven.

Mr. Cullen has some great ideas but they don't belong In Estes Park. Keep the Stanley just the way it is with the surrounding property. All this proposed development will take away from the beauty of the Stanley. I hope the town and medical center have the balls to tell John Cullen NO!
