own the Country Store and never did. They just served as managers for the store and let people erroneously think they owned it, and maybe told some people they did. They do have another shop in town called Sweet Peaks Cupcakes.
Thanks

to the Loveland Reporter Herald for bing on top of this story like a reputable newspaper is expected to do. The Hilker's alleged misuse of funds affects Estes Park families and should have been reported by Estes Park newspapers. That's why I buy the Reporter Herald everyday...to find out what is really going on in Estes Park.

bing? Why did you thank the Reporter Herald for bing on top of this story?

Oh, also, the Trail Gazette comes out twice a week in print edition, in case you aren't smart enough or haven't lived here long enough to figure that out.

So if you are bought the Trail-Gazette everyday, you would be wasting your money five out of seven days of the week.

Oh, did you know the Trail-Gazette and the Reporter Herald are owned by the same company, so your support of the Herald actually ends up supporting the same company you are critical of, hypocrite?
Thank you

for your kind words. The by-line states that this is an update from an earlier article by The Reporter Herald and Tom Hacker of the Reporter Herald wrote the story. Not hard to figure out who gets the credit.

Schmidt's is the biggest player in this fiasco, and Schimdt's is in Loveland. So Loveland would be derelict in their duty if they weren't in the lead on this story.

What exactly are you biatching about? That the Trail-Gazette didn't immediately dispatch their entire staff and hire a camera crew to get to Loveland as fast as possible and stand outside a closed building demanding answers?
