If you try and change anything in Estes the Blue Haired Rolling Road Blocks will come out in force and shut it down in the name of keeping this a retirement community. What they don't realize is that the reason for your 3 part series on poverty is that the change is already here in the name of immigrants and various lifestyle changes. So as I said, good luck since I feel you are on the right track but the retirees will fight you tooth and nail for their own selfish agenda.
