Regarding CDOT and Main Street: as a repeat tourist who has come to EP for the past 35 years and in the busy summer time, I've not really found the parking to be a problem. Maybe since I know the area so well, I just know where there is usually a space. I will say though that the intersections get crowded with people trying to cross and it can be very scary with people stepping off the curb etc.
