EPIC should take a lesson from the organizers of the Duck Race. They plan a year ahead of time and earn a lot of revenue for their projects. You could say they have their ducks in a row:)

you could say they plague the town every year with a senseless lottery that would be easier if they just knocked on people's doors and said "Could you please give $100 for no reason?"
