The people get ripped off again. Sounds like a carpet bagger to me. We need emphases on rebuild and repair not more scams for a few wealthy.

It will need to get well real fast, and I don't mean dig a well, because there is plenty of water.

The now popular "medical marijuana" stores are actually called "wellness centers", maybe that's the secret plan!

Very pretentious for a rich guy to assume he can use an open space lot that the Town owns and is supposed to take a public vote of the people to sell.
His scam is to pay the Town a long-term lease on the land so he can by-pass the wishes of the people who voted 3:1 a decade ago to keep it as open space.
The Town can't even maintain or improve the weak infrastructure it has for the current meager businesses.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
