Lot of talk about costs. Horse people spend a lot of money in this town, and the current stalls are a rickety eyesore.

let the horse owners with lots of money fund them. I don't use a horse and I don't think they add much to downtown Estes Park except for horse s***. IMO. LMFAO. BBFN.
