Have you heard of microchips, or this great new invention called a fence? Both are cheap and would have averted an amber alert search.

I just saw Tibby and Copper making a run for it again.

The owners put up a $10,000 fence that is electric and has razor wire, but the dogs simply walked out the gate that was open by accident.
