What a bunch of wimps! They will never take a stand against this town anyway even tho they are part of it. Most of their holdings is up in the Tahoosa Valley, not Estes Park. They are nothing more than a breakfast club....bunch of old farts!

It is interesting that this article did not point out all of the pressure put on the land trust from the hospital and the Stanley Hotel to refuse an easement before it was even requested. John Cullen is spending tens of thousands of dollars to buy the April 1 election to get his hotel expansion built. Since the medical center has refused to conduct a business assessment justifying their multi-million dollar investment in "wellness" it can be concluded that they really are not going to invest in it. The hospital is a taxing district and is responsible for their actions to the voters. Obviously, the voters are being taken for an expensive ride in this election, all to allow the Stanley to expand using Lot 4 for their 50 new hotel rooms. Estes Park "buyers be ware."

I have attended your food meetings in the past and I also looked at your maps. Are you denying that almost all your ' protected donated' lands are outside of Estes??
