Yo, Rita - that's the EAST end of town.
SIXTY ONE rental units on that 5.5 acre lot? Thank goodness there's open space directly to the east and to the north of the lot. And I'm sure glad I don't own close by - there goes the values of property just a little bit north up Dry Gulch.
Hey, they can load the subsidized rental units up with Mexicans and worthless white trash, and then they'll be close by to change the Depends on the folks over at Good Sam's!

Affordable housing for who? Maybe I can give up my pension and Social Security, which I worked 50+ years for, and move into this affordable housing and let the Govt. and the taxpayer take care of me!
