Review: K-Mott Service Center

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!! Brought my daughter's 2006 Hundai Tiburon with a cut brake line. Dropped the car off at 7:45am on Wed. Didn't here anything so I called Thurs. morning at 11:30. Owner tells me that no one has this brake line and he had to order it from Atlanta and they charged him $20 in freight. Says the brake line is $75 and that the car will be ready at 2:00pm. The owner never called to explain any of this and he just ordered the line and he tells me it is here. I call a few places to price this brake line and get prices of $27.99 and $31.99 with lead times of 1 1/2 days and 5 days. When I call back and politely inquire about why there is such a difference in price, the owner goes off on me. He tells me that he wants the name of the person I talked to at the auto parts store and that he will talk to them. He then tells me that "If his daughter was dumb enough to drive on a flat tire, then she wouldnt be driving the car if it were his car." He tells me that he is sick of this and that I need to bring $160 cash and he will never do business with you people again and hangs up. I work in the service industry and have never received such poor service EVER. WORST SERVICE EVER!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT!!
