Thank you for your effort... No one would fix my car or attempt to because I had so many different problems. You discussed a budget with me and we discussed what had to be done and what could wait and you did a good job. I was hoping for a better outcome however you were honest with me upfront and told me what I should expect. Thank you for helping me and being fair with me. I will come back and get the rest of the work done when I get some more money. Thank you Mike.. You didn't have to do what you did to help me

A Letter to ModernAuto Air&Transmission owner Mike & Staff... As I have been reading the different reviews, it's clear that U can't please everyone all the time. So before I continue I'd like to say right from the get-go that I have only kind, respectful & grateful words to say! Mike & his staff have redeemed my faith in Mechanics & Humanity, at a time when I had all but given up on anyone kind & decent left on this earth! I am a single Gal w/not a lot of $ when my Transmission went on my Mitz. Montero w/160'000 miles on it! From there it starting having electral problems that were truly a Nightmare! Any other shop would have charged me 3x's the $ or would have given up completely, But that was not the case w/Mike & his Staff, instead they took it as a challenge & were not about to give up on me or my Truck! I had never met Mike or Anyone from his Staff prior to this, yet I was treated as if I was a close Friend or Family member! This came at a time in my life when I not only lost Loved Ones, but my Health aswell. So I say "GodBless" to All of Mike, his Family, his Staff & their Families for being Honest & Trustworthy & restoring my Faith in the Kindness of Man!

I have lived in this area for 31 years, and even though I've never needed to use modern auto air before now, I figured that because they were around a long time, they must be reputable. THEY AREN'T. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. Go to Circle Radiator if you're in need of service! These modern auto air rip off artists tell me my book is $265, when I showed up to pay it and pick up my car, the bill jumped up to $500... they said, "oh $265 was for the part!" Give me a break. My business would be shut down for this behavior. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH!

When I first met Mike he was drinking out of a brown paper bag and smelling full of alcohol. I asked about getting my a/c fixed. He then gave me an evil grin and said "I think we can work it out honey"
I immediately left and went to Tony's where I was treated with respect.
