Social Service worker or Supervisors are never available for customer service. I wanted an case to be transferred to Baltimore City. Ms. Foster transferred my call to Ms. Baxter and there was a voicemail left tons of messages and no action was taken for weeks. No real human voice can be heard over the phone. If this is the case from Agency to Agency, I feel really sorry for the customers. Department Of Human Resousrces should change everyone from that work place with workers who are willing to work.
