Well, at least he's 'suspended with pay!'(That'll teach him!!!) Remember folks, Baltimore is the city that brought you that wonderful skateboard cop, officer 'psycho-dude' Rivieri a couple of years ago (and yes, just for the record, he's back on the force), just and this new 'hero', officer drunko-chainsaw' will be, soon enough (the 'brothers-in-blue' always protect one of their own, you know!)
