Please tell Kevin I support him and his efforts to expose the family court system . It is the same here in California. My eyes were opened to the blatant abuse of fathers' Constitutional rights in America when I sat in Riverside, Ca. family court and heard the judge keep repeating "Let's see what we can do for mom", never once mentioning what should be done for the child or for the loving involved dad, or for the family for that matter. I believe the family court system is a farce and a means to an end to keep judges, attorneys, evaluators etc. making big money. They don't really care about the child. Keep up the good work Kevin Thompson! Susan Leukhardt, a concerned grandparent in California

Kevin has done agreat service ,by bringing to the fore front ,as to what goes on in the probate courts, specially in massachussettes. The DSS,( DEPT of social services) and judges gang up against the father's and there exists no rule of law.Every thing is done under the mysteroius phrase" best interest of the child"and totem pole evidence, rules, and decesions are made.I had 6 51A, filed against me( as a physican I know what that means),investigated, and I was made to be a child abuser, etc without even been notified of the investigations or the findings and no oppurtunity to rebutt the accusations.Infact my complain against the probate judge was being heard by the commission for judical conduct at the same time he was taking away the custody of my 4 year old.( he was aware of the complaint).unless a presumtion in favour of joint custody( child needs both parent's) is made , there is no incentive for parent's to behave as the court's encourage a " winner takes all", mentality (which is usually the mothers.)
