It is just stupid that he got in ANY trouble for this... so TEEN girls videotaped themselves having fun and sent it to another TEEN!!! He is NOT a 55 year old pervert...he was 18! Yes, he's "legally" an adult... but these girls were not forced to do it either.

I'd say that the esteemed judicial and law enforcement system should sentence every teen who thinks about sex to jail and start an "adolescent fornication thought registry" which lists every teen who has engaged in any activity related to human reproduction. That should prevent any problems!

I want anyone involved in prosecuting this case brought up on charges. This is so outrageous, these people need to get a real job!

Now you can be charged if you are a teenager and some girl sends you a nude photo of herself on your cell phone.

That just ain't right! I can see charging her with a crime but just because it was sent to you? You didn't do anything wrong except giving this girl your number.

This is all really stupid.

Totally and utterly a waste of money. I donít understand these charges at all. If anything, they should charge the girls for being dumb asses!

An adult encourages two minors to send him sexual pics of themselves and you all think that he has done nothing wrong? Maybe he doesn't deserve prison time but some punishment is warranted.

oh johnny, johnny, johnny.....the kid was 18 and a "partial" adult....he can die for his country, but cannot drink a beer. This whole so-called sexting thing is simply a publicity ploy by politicians so they can look good and claim their "tough-on-sexual-crime. " Sending a nude picture of oneself via cellphone/internet is stupid. If stupidity were a crime, we'd have no politicians. Why was the male charged and the girls not? This is a total waste of taxpayer dollars....all so the prosecutor can gain in the polls for re-election or elected judge.

Isaac was 17 at the time of the "crimes" and would have been able to vindicate himself during a trial regarding the false accusations of one girl (he alleged forced her to perform oral sex on school grounds)however, he was facing concurrent charge for STATUTORY rape (stemming from admitting to consensual sex with a 14 year old classmate). The punishment- 2-LIFE with mandatory sex offender registration for life!! so he took the best option to move forward with his life and not be a registered sex offender with a Felony Rape charge... strange that, the girl's parents can consent, she can be a full 100% participant and both being minors you're still a criminal rapist?! Strange world.

If the trial was held in Brattleboro, he's be a free man today.
