What's INACCURATE about it ?
My service was out as well, it's an ongoing thing with Windstream.
And then they say "We will call you when it comes back on" But, never do..........

I use them both. Cable has it's occasional problems, also. But, the latency on the cable internet system is a lot lower than on Windstreams dsl system. Download rates are comparable, but response times on cable are around 75 percent quicker.

I have windstream and it's ok, but when I first got it, it was halfway through the month and they said they were having technial difficulties with new customers getting authenticated so I had to wait a whole week and ended up paying a month's fee for a week of internet. Not a very good first impression of how they run things.
