Cattle and other livestock are the problem, not the weeds. These Carbon Dioxide emitting animals must be fed and therefore the spread of noxious weeds occurs. These animals eat good CO2 absorbing grasses and exhale CO2, significantly increasing CO2 levels in the lower atmosphere - causing global warming. This enormous uncontrolled source of CO2 emissions needs to be immediately addressed by the State and Federal air pollution agencies. Experts predict that unless this and other sources of excessive CO2 emissions are stringently controlled, we will have a 7' increase in sea levels around the world.
