Anyone know where one can buy a prismatic license plate cover(kind of like a holographic lens like you used to find in the cracker jack boxes without the cartoon)?

If Espanola needs the fine folks in Los Alamos to provide funding for heroin rehab centers why don't they just ask them before spending their money on cameras?

This is a money grab by the city. Nothing more!! Marty Chavez did it in Albuquerque and screwed around with the timing of the lights to produce more tickets. He touted the supposed safety factor up front, but the minute Bill Richardson threatened to take the funds or a portion of them, suddenly the 'safety' wasn't so important. Marty would rather take his lights down and disable the program than give the $$ to the state. What? What happened to safety, Marty?? It's a method to help line the City's coffers a bit more. The rear end accidents actually rise as a result of the cameras. It's proven in other cities that have installed them. Don't buy the safety thing, people.
