We the tenants would like to be heard. we are the residents who are being told that rent is going to increase due to tax increases, increasing usage of central hudson for common areas and to pay for higher unfriendly uncaring what they claim to be more educated staff. ask them to show you the memo sent to residents from judy fitzpatrick on august 10 with rent increase above what we can afford. we have not been given a increase in social security and we barely can afford the "affordable" housing now we will be forced to move when increase goes in effect. save the seniors and help keep rent low so we may live out the remainder of our lives comfortably
