Hinchey says DEP must do something about dirty water in Ulster County
KINGSTON Congressman Maurice Hinchey has lined up on the side of Ulster County officials who are pushing the New York City DEP to do something immediately to end the release of polluted water into the Lower Esopus.

Isn't there some kind of way to clean this water? For example on one side you have polluted water, in the middle a section can be made like a water purifying site (plant) on the other side clean water.
